The Fuel Cell and Hydrogen Energy Association (FCHEA) encourages continued and stable funding for Department of Energy (DOE) programs which support fuel cell and hydrogen technology research, development, and deployment. The programs include the Fuel Cell Technologies Office (FCTO) within DOE’s Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE), the Advanced Research Project Agency - Energy (ARPA-E), and the Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC) program located within the Office of Fossil Energy.
