On October 5, Hyundai American Technical Center President William Freels delivered a Hyundai Tucson fuel cell vehicle (FCV) to DOE Acting Assistant Secretary David Friedman, commemorating National Hydrogen & Fuel Cell Day.  The delivery was following an event at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C, featuring automakers and government officials
