Infinity Fuel Cell and Hydrogen Hosts Congressional Leaders at Connecticut Facility

On October 7th, Infinity Fuel Cell and Hydrogen hosted a ceremony at its Windsor, Connecticut, facility to celebrate National Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Day, Connecticut Manufacturing Day & Month, and a major recent company success. In September, Infinity’s Advanced Modular Power and Energy System (AMPES), funded by NASA, operated successfully aboard Blue Origin’s New Shepard 23 flight despite an anomaly that shortened the mission. This was the first launch of a fully integrated H2-O2 fuel cell power system aboard a space-capable vehicle since the retirement of the Space Shuttle and the first-ever aboard a commercial space launch vehicle.
Connecticut Senator Richard Blumenthal, as well as Peter Souza, Windsor Town Manager, and staff from several Connecticut U.S. Congressional representatives joined executives and employees of Infinity for the event. After presentations and remarks, invited guests received a tour of Infinity’s facilities.
