Yesterday was the ninth annual National Hydrogen and Fuel Cell Day!

On October 8, we raise awareness about the emerging hydrogen industry, and the environmental and economic benefits of #hydrogen energy and #fuelcell technology. Hydrogen has a major role to play in reducing carbon emissions, and the industry around it is helping to create jobs and drive economic growth.

The hydrogen industry is dear to our hearts here at #PDCMachines. Our #h2 journey began back in 1999, when PDC’s compression systems were used for hydrogen fueling projects for the first time. Fast forward 20 years, our expertise in hydrogen compression has positioned us as a market leader, with more than 2,000 compressors installed in hydrogen energy applications.

Fun fact, the reason we celebrate on October 8th is that the date (10/08) is representative of the atomic weight of hydrogen, which is 1.008.
