The National Association of State Energy Officials (NASEO) held its annual meeting on September 15 – 18, 2019 in Manhattan Beach, California. NASEO members represent the highest level governor-appointed energy officials from all 50 states and US territories.

FCHEA’s President Morry Markowitz spoke at the event and presented alongside representatives from FCHEA member companies Plug Power and Honda, as well as fuel cell aviation company ZeroAvia. These talks highlighted the full range of hydrogen transportation applications from light, medium, and heavy-duty vehicles, aviation, trains, maritime, and more.

Following the presentations, nearly 20 representatives from NASEO toured Honda’s southern California facilities, including Honda’s deployment of Bloom Energy fuel cell servers and its solar-powered hydrogen refueling station.
